After hour service

After hour service is ONLY available for regular patients. Please call 0415 386 735 for after hour arrangements. Please make note; After hour consultation fee is $475.

Telephone Access

If you wish to talk to your Doctor or Nurse, please do not hesitate to contact us during our operating hours on (03) 5281 2320. If the person you wish to speak to is not available at the time, please leave a message with the reception staff and they will contact you as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, please inform the medical receptionist.

Fees and billing arrangements

We are Mixed-billing medical practice and as such there is out-of-pocket fees for patients not eligible for Bulk-billing. Additionally, there are out of pocket fees for Full Skin Check-ups; Skin Cancer & Minor Surgery Procedures; Repeated Wounds Dressings.

Receiving the results of any test or procedure

The doctor will inform you when your investigations results will be available. It is advisable to book an appointment after that time to discuss the results with your doctor. Please ensure that all of your contact details are up to date as we may need to contact you if your result is abnormal.
